Recap of April Meeting
IFMA Chesapeake Gold Sponsor Re-Form sponsored the April meeting at their facility in Breeze Point, and George Fisk shared interesting history about the area and their building.
FMs learned tools to help them decide whether to repair, replace or upgrade technology and physical assets. Gary Brinton suggested using the Asset Lifecycle Model, available on-line at IFMA resources. Did you know that the standard lifecycle of a building is 55 years?

Distinguish yourself in your marketplace… Chesapeake IFMA in partnership with Prince George’s Community College offer the FMP
We are pleased to announce that the Chesapeake Chapter has partnered with Prince George’s Community College to offer the enhanced IFMA FMP Credential Program courses for facility managers in the greater Baltimore-DC area.
This series of four modules combines the leadership of an experienced instructor with the IFMA FMP Credential print materials, interactive online study tools, and online FMP final assessments.
