Our June 24th annual meeting was filled with food, glorious food, wonderful friends, an opportunity to honor and thank the many people who contributing to the success of IFMA Chesapeake, and a celebration kicking off our 25th anniversary. The delightful evening was held at the Rolling Road Country Club in Catonsville, and as usual the view and the food were spectacular.

Gary Pfeifer, our President, thanked all the sponsors, committee chairs, board members and the many volunteers. After thanking the generous sponsors, Gary reminded the membership to “Look up the sponsors when you have a need, as they are there t help”

The many committee chairs personally thanked the volunteers who assisted them this past year and presenting them with a Certificate of Appreciation.  Special awards were presented to several members who have given of their time to our organization.

Chairperson of the Year was awarded to Pete Nettleton of Nettleton Management LLC.

Sponsor of the Year was awarded to Ken Brown with Bigelow Carpet.

Board Member of the Year was awarded to Connie Miller with Tate.

Special Service Recognition was awarded to Ginny Bradford with USSI.

Member of the Year was awarded to Brian Dean with T. Rowe Price

Pat Sullivan has agreed to Chair the Committee celebrating the Chapter’s 25th Anniversary and invited anyone with an interest in joining the committee assigned to plan a big party to join her.  Pat and Gary also asked that anyone who has any memorabilia, old photos or stories to share them with Pat and her committee.
