Baltimore Technology Park provided an interesting venue for the February meeting.  BTP is a highly redundant data center facility in downtown Baltimore that enables large and small enterprises a scalable network presence in a secured facility.  Members took advantage of facility tours offered of the 30,000 SF facility, which is located near M&T Bank Stadium.

Guest speaker Kevin Young, Sr. Account Manager from ICF International educated FMs on updates for BGE’s Smart Energy Saver Program; additional rebate dollars have been put aside for this program. The discussion centered on how businesses should take advantage of the three year program, which is in effect 2012 through 2014.
