The Chesapeake Chapter of IFMA is seeking organizations to make a long-term commitment to become Annual Chapter Sponsors. Chesapeake Chapter Sponsors significantly contribute to the growth and development of the Profession and the Chapter. The current Chesapeake Chapter Sponsors contributions support the monthly meetings, newsletter, website, golf outing, and professional development activities of the Chesapeake Chapter. Annual Chapter Sponsors contributions have allowed the Chapter to grow and to improve the level of service and educational programs offered to the membership. The sponsors have been able to participate at the monthly meetings and are regular advertisers in the Chapter newsletter and are listed on the website. In addition, the Sponsors are highlighted at one meeting each year and at the annual golf outing. This long-term partnership has proven to be beneficial to the Sponsors and the Chesapeake Chapter.

Sponsorship Programs
All rates are for one year from the application processing date.

Platinum Sponsor = $5,000

Sponsor is entitled to the following package of benefits:

• Platinum Sponsors will be highlighted on the Chapter website with a link of the sponsor's website.
• Platinum Sponsors will be highlighted on the "banner" on the Chapters Home Page and announcements sent to the membership throughout the year.
• The Chapter holds four events each year that will provide a Platinum Sponsor with an opportunity to highlight the sponsor and the Chapter. The events are:

- Annual Meeting

- Holiday Gathering

- Chapter Day Reception at NFM&T

- Golf Outing 

The Platinum Sponsor can select the event to be highlighted and "brand" the event with the   Chapter as the key sponsor to the membership. One Platinum Sponsor will be designated for each event. The events advertisements, signage, and communications will feature the Platinum Sponsorship.  The chapter communications and the Chapter will recognize the Platinum Sponsor as the "Event Sponsor." At the event the Platinum Sponsor's representative will be introduced by the Chapter President and can make a short presentation. Signage will be added to highlight the Platinum Sponsor and space for a display will be made available. Current Gold Sponsors will have the first right of refusal to be an Event Platinum Sponsor.

• Platinum Sponsors Annual Golf Outing sponsorship package includes four golfers and one hole sponsorship sign.
• Platinum Sponsors receive attendance for two company representatives to the eight regular monthly meetings, the annual Holiday Gathering, and the Annual meeting.
• Platinum Sponsors receive one IFMA National and Chapter Membership for the primary sponsor representative (one Membership) not to include council's for one year starting on the month following payment for the sponsorship.
• Platinum Sponsors will be able to have color electronic advertisements that will run on a random basis twelve months out of the year on the advertisement section of designated pages of the Chapter Website.
• Platinum Sponsors will be highlighted on the IFMA Chesapeake Chapter Resource/Service Guide with a logo that directly links to the sponsor's website.

Gold Sponsor = $2,500.00

Sponsor is entitled to the following package of benefits:

• Gold Sponsors will be highlighted on the Chapter website with a link of the sponsor's website.
• Gold Sponsors will be highlighted on the "banner" on the Chapters Home Page and announcements sent to the membership throughout the year.
• The Chapter President will recognize the Gold Sponsor at one general membership meeting per year as the "Sponsor of the Month." The chapter holds eight general membership meetings per year: January, February, April, May, August, September, October, and November. The designated Gold Sponsor will be listed in the Chapter's website as the "Sponsor of the Month" once per calendar year. At the designated meeting the Gold Sponsor's representative will be introduced and can make a short presentation during the "networking session" prior to the formal Chapter meeting. Presentations at the monthly Chapter meetings are limited to Gold Sponsors and will rotate on a monthly basis. More than one Gold Sponsor could be highlighted at a meeting. Space for a table-top display will be made available at the designated meeting.

• Silver Sponsors will be highlighted on the "banner" on the Chapters Home Page and announcements sent to the membership throughout the year.
• The Chapter President will recognize the Silver Sponsor at one meeting per year. Space for a table-top display will be made available at the designated meeting.
• Silver Sponsors Annual Golf Outing sponsorship package includes two golfers and one hole sponsorship sign.
• Silver Sponsors receive attendance for one company representative to the eight regular monthly meetings, the annual Holiday Gathering, and the Annual meeting.

Bronze Sponsor = $1,000.00
