Speaker’s Bio: Eddie DuRant is a Regulatory Compliance Engineer for the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE). Since 2000, Eddie has worked in the Regulation Development Division—Air and Radiation Management Administration on a host of compliance and regulatory issues, with an emphasis on air pollution control and methods for reducing emissions. Key areas of technical expertise include applying technical information to the regulatory process of developing, implementing, and complying with environmental regulations. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
